1.
Cut Pieces
Always
cut away from the piece at hand. If you have cork
on the underside of your ruler, you can cut with
the ruler upside-down. Don't skimp on blades,
change the blade at the first sign of dullness.
Items shown in photos are of the 18" girl
doll scale.
If you are unsure of
yourself and want a practice piece first, merely
trace the unit on plain paper before cutting pieces.
Make a practice unit with the plain trace.

Fold at Spine
I've
used gloss photo quality paper from Epson for the
cover. Clear contact plastic is a good protective
covering. Adhere it before you cut out the cover.
Although, this doesn't work well with 1"
scale. |

3.
Clip Pages Together &
Glue Pages at Spine
Use
a black office binder clip to hold the pages
tightly. Let the glue dry before going to the next
step. I've used Epson matte paper for all inkjet models, 27 lbs.,
product code S041062, and Nicole Super Tacky
Glue. |

4.
Glue Cover Spine
Coat
the inside spine with glue. Wipe away excess glue
from front and back covers. Center the pages into
the cover and press against glue. Try to prop
book between two heavy items with the cover
slightly open. Don't press close because the
glue will ooze out and accidentally glue the
cover to the pages. |

5.
Handle Carefully
Like
any book, handle with care and try not to break
the spine. Enjoy! |
